NEET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the NEET UG 2026 eligibility criteria before filling out the application form.
Basic Eligibility
- Nationality: Indian, NRI, OCI, PIO, Foreign Nationals
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as on December 31, 2026
- Qualification: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & English
- Minimum Marks:
- General – 50%
- OBC/SC/ST – 40%
- PwD – 40%
- Attempt Limit: No limit on number of attempts
How to Fill NEET Application Form 2026?
Step 1: NEET Registration 2026
Visit neet.nta.nic.in and click on NEET Registration 2026. Enter basic details like name, date of birth, category, mobile number, email ID, and create a password. After successful registration, a provisional application number will be generated.
Step 2: Fill NEET Application Form
Login using the application number and password. Fill personal details, exam details, choice of NEET exam cities, and academic details (Class 12 or equivalent).
Step 3: Upload Documents
Upload scanned images as per specifications:
- Passport-size photograph
- Signature
- Left-hand thumb impression
- Postcard-size photograph
- Category / PwBD certificate (if applicable)
Step 4: Pay NEET Application Fee 2026

NEET Application Form Correction Window 2026
NTA will provide a correction window to edit details like personal information, exam centre, uploaded images, etc. Corrections can be made only within the specified time period.
